Contacts' Birthdays is a Free app. This SERVICE is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.

For a better experience while using our Service, the application requires access to the device's address book via the READ_CONTACTS permission. As reflected in the app's name (Contacts' Birthdays), its sole purpose is to handle birthdays and events directly from your native contacts list.
Zero Data Collection Policy (Runtime Processing Only):
AlarmManager to perform automated background checks (up to 2 times a day, as configured by the user in settings) to scan the local contacts provider and trigger reminder notifications for current events.The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through Firebase Crashlytics) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This data does not contain any personal contact information or birthday dates.
I value your trust in granting the application access to your local contact events. Since all contact data is processed strictly locally on your device and is never transmitted over the internet or saved to external storage, it remains fully secured by the Android operating system's local sandbox architecture.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. The application does not knowingly collect or solicit any personally identifiable information from anyone, including children under 13. Since no contact data or personal information is ever transmitted or stored on external servers, there is no retention of such data.
I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
